“Nowadays, if we want there to be a future, we need to be aware of the problems our planet is facing. It’s vital that we work together to define the future. To this end, we must train students so that they are capable and conscious of their responsibility as citizens and inhabitants of this world, and this should be regardless of their level of studies. For this reason, it’s very important that projects like this exists, and most of all, to have teachers that are engaged. As most of you already know, the main goal of this project is to help children and young people to be conscious of these problems, and take-on this responsibility at such an important time in their lives. They are the future and we should accompany them-on their journey. Let’s help the new generations to respect and improve our environment. Logically, working from our field, technology and its use should act as a catalyst, which is why this project is focused on introducing new technology, not only as a tool, but as an element of change. We cannot leave-it for young people to learn to use technology at the university stage; it’s too late. They must be educated about it in childhood.“

Project Objectives:

Transferring technological advances to our society and especially to schools is the base of this project in which universities and schools from all over Europe collaborate together with public and private organizations with social concerns, environmental responsibility and sustainability. Our goal is to enhance the digital era with the mission of educating our young people and children in equality, sustainability and respect for the environment, with the essential support of technology. The transfer of knowledge, at the forefront of the technological development of universities, can not be left out of the education of the youngest, future citizens and future students of our universities. The first step is taken now, through collaborative educational projects between schools and universities, transferring our knowledge towards fun, playful activities and, above all, with ethical and social value.
